A.F. Enterprises Ltd has announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the company. The CIRP was initiated by M/s Findoc Finvest Private Limited against M/s AF Enterprises Limited. The withdrawal of CIRP is based on a settlement agreement dated 07.07.2025, where the parties have agreed to a full and final settlement. The settlement amount is ₹3,00,00,000.
