Communication to Shareholders - Intimation on Tax Deduction on Dividend
3M India Ltd has announced a final dividend of Rs. 160 and a special dividend of Rs. 346 per equity share for the FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 39th AGM on August 26, 2026. The dividend will be paid to shareholders holding shares as on July 17, 2026. The company will withhold taxes at prescribed rates on the dividend paid to shareholders, but no tax will be deducted for resident individual shareholders if the total dividend paid during the TY 2026-27 does not exceed ₹ 10,000.
