As part of our commitment to responsible growth and environmental stewardship, we have connued to strengthen our sustainable pracces across our business during FY 2025­26. Building on our leadership in composite hydrogen cylinder technology, we received approval for the manufacture of High­Pressure Type­3 Fully Wrapped Fibre Reinforced Composite Cylinders, making us the first company in India to receive approval for such a wide range of high­pressure gas applicaons spanning transportaon, drone and storage systems, medical use, and industrial gases. We further advanced our hydrogen mobility roadmap with approval for the design and manufacturing of 250­litre high­pressure Type IV composite hydrogen cylinders for onboard use in buses, trucks, and trailers again a first for any company in India. Hydrogen, as a clean energy carrier that produces only water as a byproduct, remains central to our efforts to enable next­generaon, low­emission transportaon. We also took forward our work in hydrogen­powered drones and comprehensive hydrogen system soluons, strengthening India's clean­energy infrastructure across storage, distribuon, and end­use applicaons. Our commitment to the circular economy advanced meaningfully this year. Time Ecotech Private Limited (TEPL), our wholly­owned subsidiary dedicated to the recycling and reprocessing of used industrial plasc packaging, successfully commissioned its first greenfield recycling facility at Bhilad, near Vapi, Gujarat, with an annual capacity of 12,000 metric tonnes for capve consumpon. This is the first of three planned recycling plants across India, aligned with our Post­Consumer Recycled (PCR) compliance strategy, and reflects our connuing effort to reduce plasc waste and support resource recovery at scale. In the clean mobility space, our subsidiary’s E­Rickshaw Baery received test report approval from the Internaonal Centre for Automove Technology (ICAT). Built on advanced lead­selenium technology with reduced water loss and an extended operaonal life, these baeries support the shi toward clean, sustainable last­mile transportaon and help reduce the environmental footprint of India's rapidly growing e­rickshaw sector.
