The launch strengthens the company’s presence in Maharashtra and forms part of its broader plans to build a diversified portfolio across strategically important markets. With the addition of this property, Eco Hotels has crossed 280 operational rooms and is set to further expand its portfolio with a 52-room property in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar in October and a 16-room boutique hotel in Ayodhya within the next 45 days, taking its portfolio to approximately 350 rooms ahead of Diwali. Located on Nagar Manmad Road in Nimgaon Korhale, Shirdi, the property has been developed to cater to the significant visitor base travelling to one of India’s leading pilgrimage destinations. The hotel offers a swimming pool and multiple food and beverage formats, including Sahar, the company’s pure vegetarian Satvik restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar, EcoSip Café, and Pan Asian and Continental dining options. The launch of Eco Satva Shirdi reflects Eco Hotels & Resorts’ approach of identifying destinations with strong and sustained demand and developing properties suited to the requirements of each market.
