Subject: Intimation Regarding Issue Faced During XBRL Upload – Prior Intimation of
Board Meeting (Reg. 30, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015)
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to respectfully submit that due to poor connectivity on 05 August 2026, our
XBRL filing for Prior Intimation of Board Meeting got stuck mid-submission. We were
under the bona fide impression that the file had been successfully submitted on the said
date.
However, the PDF file was successfully submitted on 05th August 2026 itself.
Today, on 12 August 2026, while compiling related data, we noticed on the BSE Listing
Centre that the acknowledgement had not been generated. Immediately upon
identifying this issue, we forthwith resubmitted the XBRL file.
We humbly request the Exchange to kindly appreciate that we have proactively
reported and rectified this lapse on our own, and further note that no such instance has
occurred from our end in the past four consecutive years.
In view of our consistent compliance track record and the genuine technical difficulty
faced, we request the Exchange to kindly take a lenient view and waive any penalty, if
applicable.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
For Gogia Capital Growth Limited
