Yards., or 4359.03 Sq. Mtrs (i.e. 1.07 acres approximately) together with buildings thereon in “Auto Nagar” of Bagh Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana (“sale property”) to an unrelated third party buyer pursuant to the Special Resolution passed under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules made thereunder and Regulation 37A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 through postal ballot process on October 28, 2023.
