Impact on financial, operation or other Pursuant to the revocation orders issued by activities of the listed entity, quantifiable GPCB, the Closure Directions have been in monetary terms to the extent possible revoked for a period of three months. Accordingly, the Company is permitted to undertake its manufacturing operations at the said plant, subject to compliance with the conditions specified by GPCB. The Company does not envisage any material adverse impact on its financial or operational activities pursuant to the revocation of the Closure Directions, subject to continued compliance with the conditions stipulated by GPCB.
