Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable provisions of Schedule III, we hereby submit a revised and correct intimation as follows: Mrs. Aanal Mehta, Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the position of Chairperson of the following Committees of the Board, with effect from 13/04/2026:  Audit Committee  Stakeholders Relationship Committee She shall, however, continue as a Member of the aforesaid Committees.
