BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
AND SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
T.V. Today Network Limited (referred to hereinafter as “The Company” or “we” or “TVTN”) focuses on creating
sustained and long-term value for all stakeholders by integrating sustainability considerations into organisational
business approach. Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are taken into account across our
strategies, operational practices, and decision-making processes as part of our broader approach to responsible
business conduct.
This fourth Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report reflects our continued emphasis on accountability
and transparency in our interactions with stakeholders. The report outlines our ongoing efforts to strengthen
sustainability practices, manage environmental impacts, address social responsibilities and uphold high standards
of ethical governance. Prepared in alignment with the nine principles of the National Guidelines on Responsible
Business Conduct (NGRBCs), the report highlights our ongoing commitment to environmental, societal and
governance principles.
We continue to engage with communities through structured initiatives aimed at addressing identified social
needs and supporting inclusive development. In parallel, regular engagement with stakeholders enables us to
better understand expectations related to ESG matters. Inputs received through these interactions are used to
assess priorities, identify areas for improvement, and support the gradual strengthening of policies, processes, and
performance. Through these efforts, we seek to conduct our business responsibly while maintaining a clear focus
on long-term sustainability and resilient growth.
