Appointed Mr. Anshul Rastogi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company w.e.f. 07.08.2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Before joining Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd, Anshul was Chief Financial Officer at RAK Ceramics India Pvt Ltd. He has also worked with multinational consumer companies including Versuni, Philips and General Mills. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he places particular emphasis on building capable finance teams and on grounding business decisions in clear, reliable data. 6.
