• We now operate a significant portfolio of over 1300 “large-box” fashion stores, with
presence across 330 cities (including 3 in the UAE). In Q1FY27 we opened 1 Westside
and 22 Zudio stores (including 1 store in the UAE) and consolidated 3 Zudio stores and
expanded our presence to 9 new cities. As of 30th June 2026, our store portfolio
included 301 Westside, 982 Zudio (including 7 stores in the UAE) and 29 stores across
other lifestyle concepts and we operated with a footprint of over 18 million sqft. across
our fashion brands.
• We believe given our approach with respect to merchandise sourcing, price
architecture, distribution and our disciplines around inventory provisioning, the full
year results are more representative of the performance of the business. The gross
margin profile of Westside and Zudio remains stable. Operating EBIT margin for Q1
FY27 was 12.9% (11.5% for Q1FY26).
• The emerging categories, including beauty & personal care, innerwear and footwear
contributed over 21% of our revenues. Westside online together with our proposition
on the Tata Neu platform continues to witness traction and grow profitably. In Q1FY27,
online revenues contributed to over 6% of Westside revenues.

• Star, our food and grocery business, has been witnessing encouraging consumer
traction notwithstanding the evolving competitive landscape. We added 5 new
stores during the quarter across the Star portfolio taking the overall store count to
86 across 12 cities. The sales mix continues to favour own brands and increasingly
delivers a viable economic profile at the store level. We remain excited about the
potential of this business.
An investor presentation is also enclosed with this release.
Chairman’s Message
Speaking on the performance, Mr. Noel N Tata, Chairman, Trent Limited said, “The
business delivered encouraging performance during the quarter notwithstanding continuing
macroeconomic volatility and geopolitical events.
Our brands continue to represent only a small share of the overall addressable market,
providing significant headroom for growth across geographies and customer segments.
While external market conditions may influence demand patterns from time to time, our
performance is fundamentally anchored in our ability to offer relevant and aspirational
products, remain attuned to evolving customer preferences, and respond with agility. We
believe this context positions the business well to continue to grow and deliver significant
value to its stakeholders.
In our Star business, we continue to apply Trent’s playbook and the contribution of our
own brands and products is now over 73% of revenues. Star’s operational performance
trends reinforce our conviction in the business model and its growth potential. As we look

ahead, we will continue to invest in expanding our footprint, with a focus on building scale
and strengthening our position across select markets.”
