The Board Meeting of the Company commenced at 0800 Hours (IST) and concluded at 1130 Hours

SAMIL Reports Highest Ever Quarterly Revenue, Growing 17% YoY, with
Resilient Profitability Despite Input Cost Pressures.
India (06th August 2026) – Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) today announced its financial results for the first
quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, which ended on 30th June 2026.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman, Motherson, said,
"Our integrated D.E.M.A.L. capabilities* helped us begin FY27 on a strong note, delivering our highest-ever quarterly
revenue, a reflection of our diversified business model and the continued trust of our customers. Despite input cost
inflation and an evolving geopolitical environment, disciplined execution and cost optimisation drove resilient
profitability. Our balance sheet remains a core strength, with leverage at its lowest-ever level, even as we invest in
organic growth, positioning us well to pursue strategic acquisitions in an increasingly dynamic global landscape.
Backed by a robust order book, we remain confident in delivering sustainable long-term growth and value for our

Key Highlights
1) Highest ever quarterly revenues driven by healthy performance across businesses.
2) Leverage Ratio at a comfortable 0.8x, providing ample capacity to pursue both organic and inorganic growth.
3) 03 plants operationalised during the quarter; 13 plants at different stages of completion.
4) Capex of INR 1,614 Crores for Q1FY27, in-line with growth priorities and yearly guidance of INR 6,000 Crores +/- 10%.
5) 1 new acquisition of Shenzhen Autocruis announced during the quarter; acquisitions of Wiring Harness business of
Nexans Autoelectric and Yutaka Giken were completed in July 2026.
