In continuation to our above referenced intimation to the stock exchanges dated March 03, 2026 and 1st
April, 2026, the Company has further entered into the Shareholders’ Agreement in connection with the
proposed acquisition of Equity share capital of DS Pipeline Projects Limited (“DSPL”) for a value of INR
18,38,28,330 (Indian Rupees Eighteen Crore Thirty Eight Lakh Twenty Eighty Thousand Three Hundred
and Thirty) by purchasing the approx 71% of Equity of DSPL for which the consideration amount has been
paid by the Company.
The detailed disclosure(s) as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR read with SEBI Master Circular
No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (“Circular”) for compliance with the
relevant provisions of LODR by listed entities concerning the proposed acquisition of the Target Company
