Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the 38" Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"). The weblink of the Notice of 38" Annual General Meeting and 387 Annual Report will be sent through email, to those members who’s name are on the Register of member as on Friday, July 17, 2026. The cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders for remote e-voting/ e- voting will be on Monday, August 17, 2026. Any person, who is a member of the Company as on August 17, 2026, shall be entitled to vote through remote e-voting/ e- voting. The remote e-voting period commences on Friday, August 21, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) and ends on Sunday, August 23, 2026 (5:00 p.m. ISD). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. Any person who acquires shares of the Company and is a member of the Company as on cut-off date i.e., August 17, 2026, may obtain login ID and password by sending an e-mail request to evoting@nsdl.com. However, any person who has received the AGM notice and has disposed-off the shares before the cut-off date ie., August 17, 2026, may treat the AGM notice only for information.
