ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 99,937 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 23, 2026. These shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (88,668 shares) and the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme - 2023 (11,269 shares).
