As the Company has allotted the FCCBs, there is no change in the paid-up share capital of the Company at this stage upon allotment of such FCCBs to the Investor. Issue Price I allotted price US$ 1000 per FCCB (in case of convertibles) Number of investors 1 (One) In case of convertibles - The conversion of the FCCBs will be at the option of FCCB Intimation on conversion of holder.
