Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the observations received from the Stock Exchange in relation to the Corrigendum issued to the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th July, 2026, the Company hereby informs its Members that, in the interest of ensuring transparency and providing an additional opportunity to those Members who had exercised their voting rights prior to the issuance of the Corrigendum, the Company is providing a period of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the date and time of publication of this disclosure for submission of their comments, observations or objections, if any, in relation to the modifications contained in the Corrigendum. Accordingly, the Members are requested to take note of the following: Opportunity to Shareholders to Submit Comments The Members are requested to take note of the modifications contained in the Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice dated 23rd July, 2026.
