For Declaration of Dividend and to conduct Annual General Meeting, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 13, 2026, to Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (both days inclusive). Dividend, as may be declared at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names are included in the Register of Members as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 being the Cut-off date (‘Record Date’) for the aforesaid purpose.
