Intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window.

Prime Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are published. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for these results in due course.
