This is in continuation of the Company's earlier disclosure dated November 18, 2025, pertaining to the commissioning of its Vegetarian Foods Manufacturing Unit and completion of product development activities. The facility, with an annual production capacity of 16,000 MT, has been established to manufacture a diverse range of vegetarian food products, including frozen flatbreads, vegetarian snacks, ready-to-cook gravies and sauces, and ready-to-eat rice, catering to QSR, HoReCa, own-brand D2C, and export markets. The commencement of commercial production at the dedicated Vegetarian Manufacturing Unit marks a significant milestone in the Company's manufacturing expansion journey. The facility further strengthens Chatha Foods Limited's integrated manufacturing platform by establishing dedicated infrastructure for vegetarian products, enhancing production flexibility, improving customer servicing capabilities, and creating additional capacity to support future growth opportunities.
