Accordingly, it is hereby clarified that the Board of Directors of the Company;, at its meeting held on October 13, 2026, approved the forfeiture of 16,31,580 partly paid-up Right Issue Equity Shares for non-payment of Call Money. The forfeiture notices have been dispatched to the concerned shareholders in accordance with the applicable provisions. Except for the above correction, all other information contained in the earlier disclosure dated October 17, 2026 shall remain unchanged.
