In continuation with the Outcome of Board Meeting dated 24.07.2026 regarding partial divestment of 16,75,000 equity shares held by the Godawari Power and lspat Limited (GPIL) in Janmu Pigments Limited (JPL) to the Promoters of JPL and/or their relatives or affiliates at a Fair Value of Rs. 298.45 per share aggregating to Rs.49.99 Crores and our earlier disclosure dated 29.07.2026 regarding transfer of 7,74,000 equity shares of JPL. We would like to infom you that GPIL has transferred 3,35,loo equity shares of JPL on 13 .10.2026 into the respective buyer's account towards the consideration of Rs 10.00 Crores received. Post conclusion of the second tranche of transfer of 3,35,loo equity shares of JPL, GPIL's stake reduced from 39.99 % to 38.27 % in JPL.
