Subesquently, the Company had filed an appeal against the said Order. In this regard, please note that the Company has received an Order from the Joint Commissioner (Appeals-I), Hyderabad on October 6, 2026 at 11:15 a.m., confirming the GST demand of ₹ 2,41,82,080/-, Interest of ₹ 1,47,485/- and levying Penalty of ₹ 2,64,01,686/-. The Company would pursue an appeal / evaluate any other legal options including filing of writ petition. The requisite details of the aforesaid Order are enclosed herewith as Annexure 1.
