In furtherance to our communication dated 25th September 2026, pertaining to the prior intimation of the 02nd Second Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) in its ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) of TV Vision Limited (“the Company”), under the provisions of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016, we wish to inform you that the 02nd (Second) Meeting of the CoC of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 05:00 p.m., in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC 2016”) and other applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, (“IBC 2016”). During the said meeting, various matters pertaining to the CIRP of the Company were considered and discussed by the members of the CoC, and the resolutions placed before the CoC were put to vote through the electronic voting mechanism. The e-voting on the resolutions considered at the 02nd (Second) Meeting of the CoC commenced on 28th September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and concluded on 01st October 2026 at 08:00 P.M. "RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the RP be and is hereby authorised to continue to disburse the monthly salaries and wages of the remaining employees during the CIRP, to make statutory deductions and deposits (including TDS, EPF and ESIC) as applicable, and to rationalise the workforce as may be necessary for running the Corporate Debtor as a going concern, the cost whereof shall form part of the CIRP Cost.
