Subesquently, the Company had filed an appeal against the said Order. In this regard, please note that the Company has received an Order from the Additional Commissioner of CGST (Appeals-I), Chennai on September 30, 2026 at 5:29 p.m., wherein the appeal is partially allowed in favour of the Company, with revised GST demand of ₹ 3,34,646/-, Interest under Section 50 of the Act and Penalty of ₹ 97,751/- for the period July 2017 to March 2020. The Company would pursue an appeal / evaluate any other legal options including filing of writ petition. The requisite details of the aforesaid Order are enclosed herewith as Annexure 1.
