In furtherance to our communication dated 29th August 2026, pertaining to the prior intimation of the 01st First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) in its ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) of TV Vision Limited (“the Company”), under the provisions of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016, we wish to inform you that the 01st (First) Meeting of the CoC of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Monday, 31st August 2026 at 12:30 p.m., in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC 2016”) and other applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, (“IBC 2016”). During the said meeting, various matters pertaining to the CIRP of the Company were considered and discussed by the members of the CoC, and the resolutions placed before the CoC were put to vote through the electronic voting mechanism. The e-voting on the resolutions considered at the 01st (First) Meeting of the CoC commenced on 3rd September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and concluded on 17th September 2026 at 07:00 P.M.
