Dear Sir/Madam,
In continuation to our earlier intimations dated 29.09.2023, 26.06.2025, 07.10.2025 and
25.11.2026, in the matter of Visaka Industries Limited (“the Company”) vs. Hyderabad Cricket
Association (“HCA”), we are to inform that, Hon'ble Principal Special Court in the Cadre of
District Judge for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes, Hyderabad allowed our CEA No.
64 of 2026 in CEP No. 22 of 2025, i.e Cheque Petition on 08.07.2026. Today the Company has
received a sum of ₹ 68,73,19,584/-(Rupees Sixty Eight Crores Seventy Three Lakhs Nineteen
Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Four Only) (including interest) awarded by the Arbitral Tribunal
in favour of the Company and confirmed by the Apex Court of India.
The details of disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with
SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30,
2026, in the prescribed format is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
