The joint venture will be a private limited company with equal partnership between CSL and DDW, and will be managed by a board of directors. The consideration for the transfer of ISRF to the joint venture will be not less than Rs. 1,800 Crores, with CSL receiving 50% in cash and the remaining 50% in shares of the joint venture company.
