The company has approved the acquisition of upto 3,57,80,117 equity shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company Limited, constituting 88.12% of the total outstanding equity share capital of the Target Company, for the total consideration of about INR 1,073.40 Cr. The company also plans to issue and allot upto 7,06,74,554 Equity Shares to proposed allottees who are selling shareholders of SISCOL, not belonging to Promoters / Promoter Group of the Company, for consideration other than cash.

The company will also issue and allot up to 7,00,000 Equity Shares to Non-Promoter on a Preferential Basis for cash consideration.
