BLS E-Services Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in Atyati Technologies Private Limited, making ATPL a wholly-owned subsidiary of BLS. The acquisition is part of BLS's expansion and consolidation of its Business Correspondent (BC) services for various banks, enabling last-mile connectivity, lending to micro-customers, and technology solutions.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has announced key business updates for Q1 FY 2026-27, including a 25.1% year-over-year growth in total deposits, a 28.9% year-over-year growth in gross loan book, and a 42.2% year-over-year growth in total secured book.
