Financial Highlights: Quarter ended September 30, 2026 Consolidated Revenues grew by 17% to ₹ 1,299 mn in Q2FY27 versus ₹ 1,113 mn in Q2FY26, Advertisement Revenue stood at ₹ 334 mn in Q2FY27 verses ₹ 335 mn in Q2FY26, EBITDA stands at ₹ 213 mn in Q2FY27 verses ₹ 218 mn in Q2FY26, Profit Before Tax (PBT) stands at ₹ 96 mn in Q2FY27 verses ₹ 106 mn in Q2FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) stands at ₹64 mn in Q2FY27 verses ₹ 75 mn in Q2FY26. Half year ended September 30, 2026 Consolidated Revenues grew by 10% to ₹ 2,417 mn in H1FY27 versus ₹ 2,203 mn in H1FY26, Advertisement Revenue grew by 15% to ₹ 707 mn in H1FY27 verses ₹ 615 mn in H1FY26, EBITDA stands at ₹ 402 mn in H1FY27 verses ₹ 411 mn in H1FY26, Profit Before Tax (PBT) stands at ₹ 176 mn in H1FY27 verses ₹ 195 mn in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) stands at ₹ 121 mn in H1FY27 verses ₹ 141 mn in H1FY26. “Q2 FY27 highlighted the importance of content with theatrical audiences, a combination of major releases, drew strong footfalls and sleeper hits that exceeded expectations, alongside films that struggled to connect with viewers.
