McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited has informed the Exchange about a favourable order passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, allowing the Company's erstwhile Resolution Professional to avoid certain preferential transactions under Section 43 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Tribunal directed UCO Bank to refund INR 9.07 Crore to the Company and the Joint Venture entities to refund INR 15.18 Crore to the Company, in each case together with interest at 9% per annum from the date of the respective transaction till repayment.

Supreme Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange about the withdrawal of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Tribunal has allowed the withdrawal of CIRP, and the corporate debtor is taken out of the rigors of the CIRP process.

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has received NCLT approval for its resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, for the acquisition of Wind World (India) Limited. The resolution plan involves the consortium of Inox Neo Energies Limited and Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited acquiring the IPP and power sale undertaking, and operations and maintenance business of WWIL, with a financial commitment of approximately INR 350,00,00,000.
