In this regard, we hereby wish to inform that the Company is in receipt of an e-mail communication of an even date from Globalbees informing that Hon’ble NCLT, vide its order pronounced on October 09, 2026 and uploaded on the website of Hon’ble NCLT on today i.e. October 13, 2026, has rejected the application filed by the aforesaid parties under Section 7 of the IBC, and accordingly has dismissed the matter.
