Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited's Board approved an investment of up to Rs. 7.97 crores in Unobanc Private Limited, to be made in one or more tranches within 90 days. The investment will give Zaggle up to a 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc, a provider of tech infrastructure for digital cross-border payments and remittances holding an FFMC license and RBI in-principal approval for an Authorised Dealer Category II license. The transaction is cash-based and not a related party transaction. The move aims to strengthen Zaggle's cross-border payments and forex solutions for corporate and retail customers.
