Lloyds Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 18, 2026, where the Board approved the acquisition of 88.12% of the equity shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 1,073.40 Cr.

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd has informed about the acquisition of shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company Ltd, with the company, its holding company, and Streamland Estate LLP acquiring a total of 88.12% of the target company's equity share capital for a total consideration of approximately INR 1,073.40 Cr. The acquisition will be made through a share purchase, share subscription, and shareholders' agreement. The company will also issue and allot up to 14,06,74,554 equity shares to proposed allottees and up to 7,00,000 equity shares to non-promoters on a preferential basis.
