The company's current promoters do not recognize The Punjab Produce & Trading Company Private Limited and its associates as part of the promoter group, despite their recent disclosure under SEBI Takeover Regulations. This situation indicates a disagreement over control, with a discrepancy between the declared promoter holding by the claiming group (58.68%) and the shareholding attributed to The Punjab Produce & Trading Co. by Pilani (25.16%), signaling potential future conflict or regulatory scrutiny.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited announced that its Whole-time Director, CFO, and Promoter, Kanak Kewalramani, sold 3,45,620 equity shares worth approximately Rs. 67.83 Crores. Additionally, Dinesh Kewalramani, Chief Operational Officer and part of the Promoter Group, sold 1,67,200 shares valued at about Rs. 32.80 Crores.
