The action has been taken pursuant to (cid:976)indings arising from an internal review and investigation conducted by the Company, which revealed instances of misconduct, breach of Company policies, breach of (cid:976)iduciary duties, unauthorized handling and transmission of con(cid:976)idential and proprietary Company information to third parties, and other acts considered prejudicial to the interests of the Company. The Company has taken the aforesaid action in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures. The matter is presently under further review and the Company reserves its rights to initiate such legal and other proceedings as may be considered appropriate in accordance with law. The Company wishes to clarify that it has taken immediate steps to secure its systems, data, customer information and business operations, and does not anticipate any material impact on its ongoing operations arising from the aforesaid termination.
