Genomic Valley Biotech Ltd's promoter, Yogesh Agrawal, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Pankaj Grover and Abhisek Gupta to sell their entire shareholding in the company. The transaction will result in the acquirers acquiring control over the company and will attract an obligation to make an open offer to public shareholders.
