Agreement between Syrma SGS Technology Limited ("Company") and Kaga Electronics India Private Limited ("Kaga")

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd has entered into an agreement with Kaga Electronics India Private Limited to establish a joint venture (JV) company in India. This JV will set up and operate a technologically advanced Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) facility primarily targeting Japanese clients. Syrma will hold a 60% ownership stake, investing approximately INR 15 Crores, while Kaga will hold 40% with an investment of INR 10 Crores. The JV board will comprise two directors nominated by each party.
