Sansera Engineering Ltd has paid USD 2,000,000 to settle a civil suit with Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc, thereby discharging its obligations under the Settlement Agreement.

Sansera Engineering Ltd has announced the retirement of two independent directors, Mr. Muthuswami Lakshminarayan and Mrs. Ashok Revathy, effective July 27, 2026. The company has reconstituted its committees as per the regulations.

Sansera Engineering Ltd has updated on the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement with Nichidai Corporation, allotting 8,000 equity shares to Nichidai Corporation, reconstituting the shareholding of Nichidai Sansera Private Limited with Sansera Engineering holding 60% and Nichidai Corporation holding 40%.
