Rubicon Research Ltd, a pharmaceutical company, has acquired a manufacturing facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey, USA from InvaTech Pharma Solutions, LLC for an enterprise value of USD 2.9 million. The facility will focus on Rubicon's specialty and high-value products as well as demand from US government departments. Manufacturing is expected to commence in calendar year 2027.
