Qualitek Labs Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s J Madan & Associates as the Tax Auditor for the Financial Year 2026–27 (Assessment Year 2027-28). The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Antaryami Nayak as Managing Director and CEO, and recommended an increase in managerial remuneration limits from 28% to 35% of the net profits.
