Project ''Three Sixty North'', Gurugram - Update

Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed about an interim order by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in a writ petition filed by Advance India Projects Ltd, directing that no further allotment shall be made to any prospective allotee nor shall any further third-party rights be created in the 'Three Sixty North' project in Gurugram till the complaint filed by the petitioner with the DTCP is decided. The company has allotted approximately 13.16 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area for an approximate booking value of ₹7,891 crore in the said project, and the said interim order does not impact the same.
