Mitshi India Ltd has announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting, where it appointed Mrs. Rekha Rani Naraniwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, accepted the resignations of Mrs. Bijal Yogesh Durgavale and Mrs. Sheetal Bhavin Nagda, and reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
