Kross Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The results will be made available on the company's website. Additionally, the Board has approved the re-appointment of three independent directors and the appointment of one new independent director. The resignation of one independent director and the Head of Accounts and Finance have also been noted. The Board has also re-constituted various committees.
