Appointment and Re-appointment of Directors of the Bank

Karnataka Bank Ltd has announced the appointment and re-appointment of directors at its 102nd Annual General Meeting. The new directors include Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan, Dr. M Aruna Shyam, and Mr. Parthasarathi Periaswamy. The appointments are for a period of three to four years.
