JTL Defence Ltd has announced the alteration of its object clause in the Memorandum of Association, which includes new sub-clauses for designing, developing, and manufacturing various products and services.

Appointment/Re-appointment of Directors

JTL Defence Ltd has announced the appointment/re-appointment of directors, including Mr. Pranav Singla and Mr. Deevesh Bhojia, at its 35th Annual General Meeting. The appointments were approved by the board of directors and members in their meeting held on August 29, 2026, and approved by members in their AGM on September 23, 2026. The directors have been appointed for a period of 5 years. Mr. Pranav Singla has over 5 years of experience in the fields of capital market, accounting, finance, production management, and strategic planning. Mr. Deevesh Bhojia has diverse experience in accounts, finance, distribution, production management, and manufacturing operations. The company has also proposed to amend the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association by inserting new Sub clauses.
