The agreement will grant the company licence rights to establish, operate, and manage the Wellness Centre at Ajna Resorts, comprising luxury guest rooms, consultation/treatment rooms, and other allied facilities. The company will pay a Licence Fee of ₹7.66 Crore plus applicable taxes for the Licence Term.
