Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd. has announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting, where it considered and approved the shifting of its Registered Office and a Scheme of Amalgamation of its Wholly owned Subsidiary with the Company. The Scheme is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
