Outcome of the Board Meeting

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Ltd has announced the outcome of its board meeting, where it considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Shailendra Jhalani as Chief Financial Officer and his appointment as a Whole-time Director and Deputy Managing Director. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Mool Chand Gauba as a Non-Executive Independent Director and increased the existing authorized share capital of the company.
